Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship everywhere in Canada and the US! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new shipping destinations are made available.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are located outside of Canada and the US and are eager to try our products, please message us at hello@bleaubeauty.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

When will you process and ship my order?

Processing can take between 1 and 2 business days. Once completed, rest assured our team will be dashing to the post office with your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For our 'Free Shipping' customers, you can expect your order to arrive in 2-7 business days, If it takes longer please give us a shout at hello@bleaubeauty.com

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If you can't find it don't worry, contact us and we will send you your tracking information.

I accidentally included the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change this?

Depending if your order has already been shipped, we may still be able to change the shipping address. Please send us a message ASAP to hello@bleaubeauty.com and we will do our best to make it right!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We're sorry our products didn't meet your expectations. Rest assured we will do our best to make things right!

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on Bleaubeauty.com, you may return the unused or gently-used* product(s) to us for a full refund, direct exchange or a store gift card** if within 15 days of receiving your product; and for a store gift card** if within 30 days of receiving your product. Please reach out to hello@bleaubeauty.com we will be happy to assist you.

Additionally, our team members will be glad to help you find a Bl’eau product that better suits your needs. We will cover postage costs as well! Returned items need to be in their original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged or incomplete will not be qualify for a refund, exchange or a store gift card.

Our apologies, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds, exchanges and gift cards will only be issued once we receive the product. Refunds are issue to the original payment method. Returns, exchanges and gift cards are issued at the our discretion. *Product must contain at least 80.0% of its original content **Store gift card expires after 365 days from the date of issue.

Can I make changes to an order?

Depending if your order has already been shipped, we may still be able to change your order. Please send us a message ASAP to hello@bleaubeauty.com and we will do our best to make it right!

Can I return items that were on sale?

Only regular priced items can qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit. All sale items are final sale. Please note sale items are priced by us, they do not include promo codes used by the customer.

Can I return gifts?

If you're lucky enough to receive a gift from someone but you're not satisfied with the product you may return the unused or gently-used* product(s) to us for a store gift card**. Please reach out to hello@bleaubeauty.com we will be happy to assist you.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

Do I have to pay to return my items?

Returns within our return window are free (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described above). Unfortunately, we aren’t able to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return is a result of our error.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

My product was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

I’m not able to find my return slip, what should I do?

Not a problem, our return slips are requested through our customer service team. Please send us a message at hello@bleaubeauty.com and we will assist you with your return.

Will my Bl'eau product expire?

We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening.

For products in our Organics collection, we recommend using it within 6 months after opening

What’s NSF certified organic product?

We are extremely delighted and fortunate to be able to offer our customers a natural alternative, combined with a very capable skincare product.

NSF/ANSI 305 is an American National Standard written specifically for personal care products containing organic ingredients. The standard establishes the materials, processes, production criteria, conditions and labeling claims for personal care products claiming to "contain organic content". To be certified, all formulas must contain a minimum of 70% organic content. All other ingredients must not be available in organic form and must be evaluated and approved by an independent scientific panel to minimize environmental impact during production and ensure safety for the product user.

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all skin types! Woohoo!

Are your products paraben free?

Yes! All our products are formulated without parabens, toxins, GMO, T.E.A, D.E.A, synthetic chemicals, sulfates SLS and SLES, PEGs, Ethoxylate, Formaldehyde and mineral oils. Sounds complicated but all you need to know is we create blends that ensure what we bring onto your face is safe. :-)

Do you test on animals?

NOT AT ALL. We are a cruelty-free brand, certified by the Leaping Bunny Association; and also free of any added herbicides or pesticides – so go ahead and enjoy your worry-free shopping experience.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! All our products do not contain any animal ingredients and we are 100% vegan-friendly.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
